We are an entertainment group that plays to elderly and disabled groups in South Somerset whilst helping to
raise money for charity.

'Take Note' was awarded the Queen's award for Voluntary Service in 2011. Leading members were invited to Buckingham Palace to attend Her Majesty's Garden party in July 2011
