Barry Horsgood


I worked for Plymouth City Bus for 5 years and later joined the MOD in 1970 based at HM Naval Base, Devonport, Plymouth. During my time there, I served two years on RFA ships.
In 1982 I moved to Huish Episcopi following a promotion and transfer to RNAS Yeovilton, where I was the MT operations manager until I retired in 2005.
Immediately following my retirement from the MOD I started work in the Aerospace industry, but have now retired from that also.
In my spare time I was a football referee for over 30 years
I am chairman of Huish & Langport youth club.
